I created True Nature Counselling to offer a calm, safe, and supportive online space where you can feel seen, heard, and gently guided toward healing and growth.
My approach is person-centred, grounded in the belief that you already hold the wisdom within you — sometimes you just need the right support to rediscover it. I integrate somatic work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), tailoring each session to your unique needs.
Together, we can explore emotional regulation, trauma recovery, identity, neurodivergence, or life transitions — all at your own pace, from the comfort of your own space.
I support adolescents, adults and couples (including NDIS participants) through collaborative, empowering online sessions that nurture connection and self-growth.
When I’m not counselling, you’ll find me hiking, surfing, or spending time outdoors with my partner, dog and loved ones.
